How to Buy Club Tickets in Ibiza Without Overpaying or Getting Scammed

Most bad Ibiza nights start before you leave the hotel: a ticket bought from the wrong person, a QR that has already been scanned, or a door policy nobody mentioned. This guide covers how tickets are actually sold on the island, the door rules that trip people up and the scams that come round every summer. It applies to 2027 as much as to the 2026 season that is closing now.

Who sells what: platforms by club (2026)

Ibiza doesn't have one ticket shop. Each club picks its own system, and some use more than one. This is what each club's own website pointed to during the 2026 season:

ClubWhere its own site sends you (2026)
UshuaïaIts own website; its FAQ refers ticketing problems to Clubtickets
Hï IbizaIts own website
[UNVRS]Its own website; events also listed on Clubtickets
PachaIts own website, plus a separate VIP portal
AmnesiaCM.com (for the 2026 closing)
DC10DICE
Eden, Es Paradis, 528FourVenues
PikesFree online guest list

Platforms change between seasons, so treat this as a 2026 snapshot. The useful habit is simple: whoever you buy from, you should end up with a ticket issued by one of these systems, in a format the door can scan. You can buy through us as well: we'll always tell you which platform your ticket comes from.

Why online beats the door

Door prices are higher, and big nights sell out. Ushuaïa's FAQ says it plainly: for the best prices, buy in advance online. At smaller venues the gap is published too: Ibiza Spotlight lists Akasha's online tickets as €5 cheaper than the door. Ticket prices also rise through release tiers as a date gets closer, which matters most for openings and closings. And some nights don't sell at the door at all.

Door rules that catch people out

  • ID: Ushuaïa is strictly 18+ and asks for original photo ID; under-18s are refused even with a parent. Carry your passport or national ID card, not a photo of it.
  • No re-entry: at Ushuaïa, if you leave, you need a new ticket to get back in. Assume the same unless a club says otherwise.
  • Arrival cut-offs: for the 2026 O Beach closing, presale holders had to be inside by 15:00.
  • Age policies above 18: Akasha suggests 25+ and may turn away large groups of 18–24-year-olds; Pikes is known for an over-27s door.
  • Guest lists aren't guarantees: Pikes' free list opens two weeks before each date and says outright that signing up doesn't guarantee entry.

Tickets, guest lists and free entry

Not every good night needs a ticket. Café Mambo on the San Antonio sunset strip has free entry and only charges a minimum spend for the front-row seats. Pikes works with a free online guest list. Ibiza Rocks sells a Daylife Pass that Ibiza Spotlight says is almost entirely credited back as bar spend. For the superclubs, though, a ticket bought in advance is the only reliable way in on a busy night, and some nights don't sell at the door at all.

Openings and closings: buy at the first release

The most expensive and fastest-selling nights are the first and last of the season. In 2026 Amnesia's 50th Closing Festival started at €150 and its listing showed sold-out labels before the night, and Pacha's closing weekend started at €90. For opening weekend, Europenightlife's 2026 figures show early bird tickets at €45–60 against €90–120 for the final release. If a date matters to you, buy when the line-up drops rather than waiting for a deal that rarely comes.

The scams that come back every summer

Europenightlife's 2026 guide lists the usual suspects: resale posts on social media from sellers you can't verify, street promoters in Playa d'en Bossa and San Antonio selling fake wristbands, and chat "deals" where you pay by bank transfer and the seller goes silent. The reason they hurt so much is how entry works: door staff scan each QR code against the master list, a duplicate is refused, and there is no refund path once someone else has used it.

  • Ask which platform the ticket is issued on, and expect it in your name or your email.
  • Be wary of a price far below what the club itself charges for the same date.
  • Never pay for a wristband on the street.
  • Use a payment method that leaves a record, and keep the confirmation.
  • Save the ticket to your phone's wallet and keep some battery: venue Wi-Fi and signal can fail at the door.

If something goes wrong

Problems with a ticket are solved by whoever issued it, not by the door staff on the night. That's why knowing the platform matters: Ushuaïa's FAQ, for example, sends ticketing problems to its ticketing platform's help desk rather than to the club. Keep the confirmation email, the order number and proof of payment until the night is over. If you bought from a person rather than a platform and the QR is refused as a duplicate, there is usually nothing the venue can do, which is the strongest argument for buying from someone you can trace.

Buying through us

We are an independent guide to Ibiza nightlife, not a club. On WhatsApp we help with tickets, guest lists and tables, and we apply the same rules we just gave you: you know where the ticket comes from before you pay, and you get it in a format the door scans. The big clubs are closed until the 2027 season; if you're planning ahead, tell us your dates and we'll keep you posted as each night goes on sale.
