Hï vs [UNVRS] vs Ushuaïa vs Pacha: Which Ibiza Superclub Is for You?
· Updated:
Short answer: choose Ushuaïa for a daytime open-air show with the biggest commercial names, Hï or [UNVRS] for a big night with headline DJs, Pacha for a classic, dressier house night in Ibiza Town, and Amnesia for techno and sunrise on the Terrace. [UNVRS] was voted the world's number one club in DJ Mag's 2026 poll, with Ushuaïa third and Hï fourth, so none of these is a bad pick. What changes is the format, the area and the bill. All five closed their 2026 seasons between 9 and 11 October and reopen in spring 2027.
The five side by side
| Ushuaïa | Hï | [UNVRS] | Pacha | Amnesia | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| When | Day: mostly 17:00–23:00 | Night | Night | Night: 23:00–06:00 | Night to morning |

| Area | Playa d'en Bossa | Playa d'en Bossa | San Rafael | Ibiza Town | San Rafael |
| DJ Mag 2026 | #3 | #4 | #1 | #18 | #16 (one secondary source) |
| 2026 sound | EDM and big-room house | House and electronic, by party | From Carl Cox to elrow and Guetta | House in all its forms | Techno, tech house, Glitterbox disco |
| Ticket guide (2026) | €80–130 headline Saturday (market) | €45–75 weeknight (market) | €80–130 headline Saturday (market) | €45–75 weeknight (market) | Closing from €150 (club) |
"Market" prices are the 2026 ranges from Europenightlife's Ibiza guide, not prices published by the clubs; the Amnesia figure is the club's own price for its 50th Closing Festival. Openings, closings and the biggest names sit at the top of every range.
Hï vs Ushuaïa: same group, opposite sides of the road
Hï and Ushuaïa are both run by The Night League and face each other on the Playa d'en Bossa road, so the real question is day or night. Ushuaïa is the open-air stage in a hotel, with fireworks, festival production and names like Calvin Harris, David Guetta and Swedish House Mafia in 2026; it has strict rules (no flip-flops, tank tops or team shirts, original ID only, no re-entry). Hï, built on the old Space site in 2017 and DJ Mag's number one from 2022 to 2025, is a night club with two rooms: in 2026 Black Coffee had Saturdays in the Theatre and Skepta's Más Tiempo the Club Room. You don't have to pick: Ushuaïa ends around 23:00, about when Hï gets going.

Hï vs [UNVRS]
This is the comparison most people search for. [UNVRS] is the old Privilege in San Rafael, reopened by the same group on 30 May 2025 and voted number one in its first full season. It is the bigger production, built around technology and immersive shows, and in 2026 it had a headliner every night: Carl Cox on Sundays, elrow on Saturdays, David Guetta's Galactic Circus on Fridays, FISHER on Thursdays, Jamie Jones on Wednesdays and Anyma on Tuesdays. Hï has the longer track record and two rooms that let one night carry two different sounds. Practical differences: Hï is walkable from Playa d'en Bossa hotels, while [UNVRS] is in the middle of the island and relies on the Discobus and, in 2026, a free shuttle for ticket holders. Pick by line-up first, then by where you sleep.

Pacha vs Amnesia
The two oldest names on this list are very different nights. Pacha opened in 1973 in a farmhouse on the edge of Ibiza Town, runs from 23:00 to 06:00 and is the dressier option: casual clubwear is fine on the floor, but men in the VIP area need long trousers. Its 2026 week was house in all its forms, with Solomun +1 on Sundays. Amnesia, in San Rafael since 1976, is about techno and tech house, the dark Main Room and the Terrace with its glass roof, where daylight comes in at sunrise; in 2026 it had Pyramid on Sundays, RESISTANCE on Wednesdays and Glitterbox's disco on Fridays. Pacha also opens for New Year's Eve, so it is the only one of the five you can visit in winter.

Tables: what the gap looks like
If you're a group, the table bill is where these clubs really differ. Pacha publishes prices: VIP from €350 for New Year's Eve 2026 and from €600 for its 2026 closing weekend, spent on drinks. For the Playa d'en Bossa and San Rafael clubs, 2026 market ranges were €3,000–5,500 for six people at Hï and €6,000–12,000 for eight on a headline night at Ushuaïa or [UNVRS]. Our VIP tables guide has the maths per person.
