Ibiza in October: Closing Parties, What's Still Open and Is It Worth It?

Yes, Ibiza still parties in October, but the month comes in two halves. The superclubs closed between Friday 9 and Monday 12 October 2026. From then on the smaller clubs carry the month: Es Paradis is open almost every night until Halloween, Chinois runs through to 1 November, Akasha has parties most weekends, and four venues throw Halloween parties on Saturday 31 October. Here is everything with a date, as listed on 11 October 2026.

Week by week after the closings

All dates, line-ups and starting prices come from Ibiza Spotlight's party calendar as of 11 October 2026. Es Paradis also has a party on most other nights of the month (Fiesta del Agua on Mondays and Saturdays, Ibiza Records on Tuesdays, The Most Beautiful Party on Wednesdays and Sundays, Bubbles on Thursdays), mostly from €25 to €30.

Where to go after the superclubs close

Chinois is the best bet for house and techno with proper names. The Ibiza Town marina club has its Summer Closing on 17 October, then keeps adding dates: Bora Uzer, TRIP with Traumer, Meneito, a Halloween special and a last TRIP with Ricardo Villalobos on 1 November. Prices sit between €25 and €35, and the door is classy casual, with long trousers for men and no sportswear or open shoes.

Es Paradis in San Antonio is the one club open almost every night. The Fiesta del Agua, where the main dancefloor floods, has its closing on Monday 26 October, Puro Reggaeton closes on Friday 30 and the season ends with The Most Beautiful Halloween on Saturday 31.

Akasha, inside Las Dalias near San Carlos, is where the month gets most interesting for deep and melodic house: Hernán Cattáneo on Thursday 15, a live night with ASW, Sebastian Mullaert and Christopher Coe on Friday 16, and Supernova and Nido parties that start in the Las Dalias garden in the afternoon. Akasha is strictly 18+ and suggests 25+. It doesn't stop in November: Supernova is back on Saturday 7 November, from €10.

Two more dates are worth knowing. Playa Soleil, on the beach at Playa d'en Bossa, has two closings: Keep On Dancing on Tuesday 13 and the Bora Bora & Playa Soleil Grand Closing with Acid Pauli on Friday 16. And on Saturday 17, Ibiza Spotlight celebrates its 50th anniversary with One Last Summer Dance, a free open-air party in Dalt Vila and Parc Reina Sofía from 17:00 to midnight.

Boat parties and pool parties in October

This is where October is thin. The Ibiza Rocks pool parties ended on 30 September, O Beach closed on 11 October, and most boat parties had their last sailings in early October (Pukka Up's Saturday boat finished on 3 October). The exception we found is Aftersun Ibiza from Playa d'en Bossa, which moves its October sailings earlier to catch the sunset, from 16:30 to 19:30, with an open bar of beer, sangria and soft drinks. Ibiza Spotlight lists a sailing on 31 October from €89.99.

Is Ibiza worth it in October?

It depends on which half you come in. Ibiza Spotlight's month-by-month guide calls October the best time to visit for many people who know the island: good weather, fewer people and everything still open early in the month, with closing parties up to around the middle of it. For clubbing, that means:

• First half: the closing parties, the biggest line-ups of the year and the busiest weekend of the month.
• Second half: no superclubs, but good smaller nights at Chinois and Akasha, cheaper tickets (mostly €15 to €35) and a local crowd.
• End of the month: Halloween on Saturday 31 is the last big night of the year before Pacha's New Year's Eve.
• Getting around: the Discobus only runs a lighter service in October, so budget for taxis, especially to Akasha in the north.

October 2027

No 2027 closing dates exist yet. As a pattern, the 2026 closings all fell between the second Friday and Monday of October, and the smaller venues kept going until Halloween. We'll update this guide with the 2027 dates when the clubs publish them, usually in late summer.
