Getting to Ibiza Clubs: Discobus Routes, Taxi Fares and Free Shuttles
· Updated:
The cheapest way to get to Ibiza's clubs in summer is the Discobus, a night bus that costs around €4 to €5 one way and stops right by the big clubs on four lines (D1 to D4). It runs a full service from the end of May to the end of September. Outside that window you'll need a taxi: roughly €11 to €16 for short hops and €30 or more across the island, plus free one-way shuttles from San Antonio to Pacha and [UNVRS] if you hold a ticket for that night. All figures are from the 2026 season; we'll update them when the 2027 timetable is out.
The Discobus lines and the clubs they stop at
| Line | Route | Clubs on the way | When (2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| D1 | San Antonio ↔ Ibiza port | [UNVRS], Amnesia, Pacha | Season, full service end May–end Sept |
| D2 (new in 2026) | Loop from Playa d'en Bossa into Ibiza Town and on to Pacha | Pacha (other stops not detailed) | 1 June–30 September |
| D3 | San Antonio bus station ↔ Playa d'en Bossa | DC10, Ushuaïa / Hï | Season, full service end May–end Sept |
| D4 (new in 2026) | Ibiza Town ↔ Santa Eulalia ↔ Es Canar | None of the big clubs | 1 June–30 September |
Buses run every 30 to 60 minutes, and a one-way ticket cost around €4 to €5 in 2026 depending on the line, according to Ibiza Spotlight's Discobus guide (updated July 2026). Outside the full season there's only a lighter service in April, early May and October, aimed at the opening and closing parties. You may also see older line names in some guides: Amnesia's own FAQ, for example, still calls its line “L3”. Exact timetables change every summer, so check the Discobus's own published timetable before you rely on a particular bus.
Discobus rules on board
- Get to the stop early: queues form about 20 minutes before departure, and when the bus is full the doors close.
- No glass bottles or cans. Drinking on board is discouraged; if you bring a drink, decant it into a plastic bottle.
- Cover up: Ibiza Spotlight warns that many buses to and from Ibiza Town refuse passengers in a bikini or with no top.
- Listen out: drivers usually call out each club before the stop.
Free club shuttles: Pacha and [UNVRS]
Two clubs run their own free buses from San Antonio for people with a ticket for that night. Pacha's leaves from the Egg roundabout on Avenida Dr. Fleming at 22:30, 23:45 and 01:00 every night, with extra departures on Mondays (and on Fridays and some Saturdays in peak season); in 2026 it ran from 28 April to 11 October. Pacha's own page describes it as one way. [UNVRS]'s shuttle leaves from San Antonio bus station and from in front of UshuaĂŻa in Playa d'en Bossa, from 22:45 and every half-hour after that, also one way only. For the journey home, it's the Discobus or a taxi.

Taxi fares to each club
| Club (area) | From Ibiza Town | From Playa d'en Bossa | From San Antonio |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pacha / Chinois (Ibiza Town) | ~€11 (Pacha: 10–15 min walk) | ~€16 | ~€30–32 |
| Amnesia / [UNVRS] (San Rafael) | €11–16 | ~€22 | €11–16 |
| Ushuaïa / Hï (Playa d'en Bossa) | ~€16 | Walk | ~€32 |
| DC10 (Las Salinas road) | ~€16 | ~€16 | ~€32 |
| Eden / Es Paradis (San Antonio) | €25–30 | €25–30 | Walk; ~€15 from San Antonio Bay |
| Akasha (San Carlos, north) | €32–37 | Not listed | €43–48 |
These are Ibiza Spotlight's approximate fares from its club pages. New island-wide taxi rates were published in the Balearic government's bulletin on 29 September 2026: a €4.35 flag fall, €1.32 per km on weekdays and €1.60 per km at night and on public holidays, plus €2.15 for trips to or from the port or airport. They apply as each taxi's meter is updated, so for a while you may see both old and new prices. Taxis run on the meter; Ibiza Spotlight suggests asking the rough fare before you set off.
Taxis at closing time
This is the weak spot. Europenightlife's 2026 guide talks about 30 to 60 minutes of waiting at taxi ranks around 4 to 5am, and app-based rides are only patchily available on the island. A few things help. Only take licensed taxis with the green light on the roof; Ibiza Spotlight also mentions the TAXI IBIZA app. UshuaĂŻa, HĂŻ, Amnesia and Akasha all have a taxi rank right by the entrance. And if you're more than 20 minutes from home, leaving a little before the end or booking a transfer in advance saves a long queue.
Driving, walking and other options
Some clubs are easier than you'd think. Pacha is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Ibiza Town along the marina. Ushuaïa and Hï face each other in Playa d'en Bossa, so if you stay there you can walk. DC10 is a 15 to 20 minute walk from Sant Jordi, and the bus to Las Salinas beach stops just past it. Amnesia has free parking a few steps from the entrance and Akasha has an on-site car park (about €4), but if you drink, don't drive: Spain's limit is 0.25 mg/l in exhaled air, lower for new drivers, and police run night-time checks.
